In Spring 2025, Sa̱nala was hired by First Nations Health Authority (FNHA) to facilitate breakout sessions at the Caucus engagements in the five health regions across BC using agendas and materials provided by FNHA.

The objectives of the Caucus’ were to share Nation priorities and updates from the Partnership Accord Leadership Table, and to seek guidance from Chiefs and Leaders on the structure and decision-making pathways for health governance in each region as provided by the First Nations Health Council (FNHC). This included clarifying the scope of decisions needed and ensuring ongoing leadership direction in health governance, programs, and service delivery.
