Let's work together to bring your vision to life!

Strategic Planning

At the heart of our Strategic Planning approach lies Indigenous knowledge, emphasising the importance of team-building, holistic approaches, and inclusive participation. We're dedicated to co-creating compelling visions, meaningful missions, core values, and concrete goals and objectives for organisations and teams, no matter their size. Our ultimate goal is to empower your team with planning and implementation capabilities, crafting stunning and actionable plans that truly make a difference in your endeavours. Together, let's pave the way for positive and tangible on-the-ground impacts that leave a lasting mark.

Other Planning

At our core, we thrive on collaboration and have had the privilege of working with numerous groups on a wide array of projects, from quick one-off planning sessions to tackle specific issues to extensive, long-term multi-stakeholder planning endeavours. Some of our standout examples include skillfully facilitating organisational conflict engagement and decision-making processes, crafting terms of reference, policies, and communication materials aligned with organisational goals and objectives, and conducting relationship-building & dialogue sessions that have truly transformed teams.

Facilitation & Engagements

At Sa̱nala Planning, we use Indigenous values and practices from across so-called BC. Our approach is all about being trauma-informed, inclusive, and participatory, with a focus on "planning for joy" to uplift our clients and participants' wellbeing. Offering a variety of facilitation, engagement, and communication services, our diverse team draws from their cultural backgrounds, intersecting identities, training, and experiences to create a unique and enriching experience. We're comfortable facilitating in-person, virtual, and hybrid spaces, using digital tools and flexible methods to connect meaningfully with participants from diverse demographics. Our engagement plans and materials are designed to be accessible, culturally appropriate, and highly effective.

Research & Writing

Our research and writing services can help make plan monitoring & evaluation a breeze. Wondering if your plans are making a real impact on the ground? Let us help you find out. We'll dive into the data, talk to your team or community, crunch the numbers, and provide you with practical recommendations for improvement. We also love creating engaging reports, infographics, and accessible presentations to share knowledge, support your decision-making, and boost capacity within your community or organisation.

Training & Knowledge Sharing

We're thrilled to share our expertise in Indigenous planning and community engagement through fun and interactive training sessions, workshops, and publications. Whether you're an aspiring community planner, a seasoned professional seeking to grow, or a group looking to boost your planning and facilitation skills, we've got you covered.
